PASSWORD/USERNAME
PROBLEMS?
We recently upgraded to a faster, more
reliable server. This change, unfortunately, has affected
some of our members. You may find that your password is not
allowing you into the Members Area. Here is how to fix the
problem:
FOR ONLINE & MAIL-ORDER PURCHASES:
If you purchased our manual online, we may need to simply
"refresh" your password. Simply email
us and we will refresh it for you. IMPORTANT: We will need your
name, the email address that you originally registered with, and
the approximate date of purchase.... otherwise we can't find your
membership information!
FOR
FIRST-TIME USERS:
If
you're getting a message denying you access to our online manual,
usually this is because you are not entering your username and
password correctly. Make certain that you enter your
username and password EXACTLY as they were sent to you!
The letters are case-sensitive, so capitalize (or don't
capitalize) each letter accordingly, exactly as they appear.
Also, do not add any extra spaces or "copy and paste"
your username/password.

NOTE!!!
We answer all of our customer emails. If you do not
hear back from us, it's usually because our email correspondence
has been blocked by your mail server. We especially have
this problem quite a bit with AOL accounts! If you write
us two or three times and do not get a response, we suggest that
you write us under a different email account (for example, a free
Hotmail or Yahoo account).
